So you've found the most adorable harness for your furry friend, but you're not sure if it will fit? Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!

Measuring Your Dog
Here's how to measure your dog in three simple steps.
Step 1 - Grab your supplies
A soft tape measure is essential when measuring your pup, so make sure you have one of these handy before getting started to get the most accurate measurements.
Step 2 - Measure Chest
The chest is the most important measurement when it comes to choosing a harness. Use a soft tape measure and wrap it around the widest part of your dog’s chest (around the rib cage). Make sure the tape is snug but not tight. A good trick is to slide two fingers between the tape and your dog’s body to ensure it’s not too tight. This will help you get an accurate measurement for a comfortable fit.
Step 3 - Measure Neck
Next, measure your dog’s neck at the base, right where their collar would usually sit. For most dogs, this spot is just above their shoulders.

Check the Fit
POV: You've been staring out of the window for days waiting for your postie to deliver your goodies and the day has finally arrived..... YOU'VE GOT PUPMAIL!! Woooo....!!
As eager as you will be to get out the door and start posting cute pics on Instagram with your pup, let's help you to make sure the fit is good first.
The harness should be snug but still allow your dog to move freely. If the harness is too loose, your dog might slip out of it; too tight, and it could cause discomfort or injury. You want to ensure that the straps are secure but still provide enough room for your dog to move and breathe easily.

That's it !
Measuring your dog for a harness is simple once you know what to do! By taking accurate chest and neck measurements, adjusting the harness to fit snugly (but comfortably), and considering the style and comfort features that suit your dog’s needs, you’ll be able to find the perfect harness for your pup.
Happy walkies!
