For example, seasonal periods where postage volumes are increased, package is detained by customs, postal or transport strikes, COVID-19, extreme weather etc. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, lost items, or incorrect shipping info, nor will we be able to provide a refund in case of the above. Returns
We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. Don't worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below.
We accept returns up to 28 days from the date that you receive your order. All items must be returned unused and unworn. Of course, it's fine to try an item on to check the fit is right (like you would in a pet shop), but please don't actually use it.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition (i.e. stained / dirty), we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).
If you wish to return a product, please click the button below which will direct you to our contact form and be sure to include your order reference number. We will get back to you asap with the address to return your item(s) to. At this time we do not offer pre-paid returns labels, so you (the customer) will be responsible for paying for the return postage costs.
If there are no issues after inspection, we will notify you when your refund is being processed. This confirmation will be sent to you via email that you supplied at the time you placed your order. Once approved, the refund can take 7-10 working days to be applied (depending on your original payment method).
Please note, shipping costs and postage fees are non refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty or damaged item.
Please use our contact form to send us details and include a photo of the issue. Any warranty claims must be received within 60 days from the original date of purchase.
We take pride in ensuring our items are of the best quality. Any faults found will be investigated to determine how the issue can be rectified.
