Do you have any stockists or high street stores?Our products can only be purchased on our website. We do not have any physical stores that stock our products, but it may be something we look into at a later date! If you'd like to become a stockist, please reach out to us:

Can I be a brand ambassador?As and when we we are recruiting for new brand reps, we will update the following on our website as well as our Instagram page.

Do you attend any events?For the moment we have no plans but should this change we will announce all info via email (to our subscribers) or through our social media pages.

How can I leave a review?For product specific reviews Just head on over to the page of the product that you purchased and you will find a button to "Leave a Review". You can even upload a picture of your pup as well! For general feedback If you have any other comments (not product specific) that you'd like to share about your experience with us, feel free to complete our customer feedback form. How do I check my gift card balance?Please contact us and we will be able to advise your balance.

Can I refund my gift card?Unfortunately it is not possible to refund the purchase of a gift card.

I didn't receive my gift card code. What do I do?Don't panic, we can easily resend gift card emails with your code. Please contact us to arrange.

I accidently deleted my gift card email. Help!Don't worry, we can resend your code to you. Just contact us and we will be able to assist.

I sent my gift card to the wrong email address. Can you help?Providing the gift card has not been claimed by the person that you sent it to, we will be able to deactivate the gift card and re-issue it to the correct email address. Please contact us for support.
